GUIDE FOR PATIENTS
CONSULTATION AND ASSESSMENT
After completing our intake forms, you will be assessed and examined by the doctor to determine your suitability for medical cannabis treatment. A Medical Document (prescription) may be provided.
If medical cannabis is prescribed, the onsite counsellor will advise you about cannabis use, and assist with strain selection and registration with the best matched LP.
Regular follow-ups are arranged to track your progress. A new cannabis prescription will be issued as needed, usually every 3 months.
There are no fees to be a patient at Canadian Cannabis Clinics.
At CCC we believe that the highest quality medical cannabis specialized care should be available to all Canadians.
Remember to bring a valid health card.
